The best buttons of a character are their strongest default moves. These are the simple buttons you can press that can get you into advantageous positions or mount pressure on the opposition. For Sindel, the following are her best default tools.
F1- Good for hit confirm, excellent as an anti-air tool and quick startup
D1- This is also a good tool to anti-air. Besides, it is also pretty handy to avoid pressure
B2- This does a decent amount of damage and also sets you back to create some space
F2- This is a strong move and is a useful overhead. It is a little slow on startup, but it makes up for it with its versatility
B3- Also slow on startup, but really useful
D3- This is a really underrated skill but quite useful when you get the hang of it
4- A high overhead that helps you maintain the upper hand in the neutral game
D4- Great sweep. Good for offense and the neutral game
F4- Arguably her best button. It is great for the neutral game

Sindel's Best Strings
These are those simple strings that Sindel excels at. You can use these strings with ease and they are useful to keep the opponent pressured.
1, 1, 2
F2, 1, U2
B3, 4, 2
F4, U3- This is basically the most commonly used string by Sindel players because of how strong it is.
The other strings aren't as powerful as the last one but are great tools to hit confirm and whiff punish.
Sindel's Gameplan
Sindel excels in mid and close-range battles. This means she will constantly seek to keep you under pressure. So, if you want to use Sindel, prepare to use a lot of grabs and KBs, as she has a couple that most people fear. Also, don't be afraid to whiff punish as she has a bunch of tools to help her with that. Beware. However, there are a couple of her moves that can be ducked and punished with a well-timed D2.
Every character has a weakness and Sindel is no different. Below are some of the things she is less than excellent at.

To get in the face of these opponents, you'll have to work for it, and against an experienced player, that could be a problem. If you do get in, however, then you could do a lot of damage.
