Mena Renews Rivalry With Booce In Street Fighter League

With the first week of Street Fighter League done, the second week came with a couple of very interesting matchups. 

Team Matches

• FlyQuest vs Shopify Rebellion
• Bandits vs Cloud9
• Fighting Spirit vs Red Rooster

There were several incredible matches, but the spotlight was well and truly on the Bandits vs Cloud9 match as it featured a much newer rivalry brewing between MenaRD and Booce. The latter is making his debut in Street Fighter League and really came into his own when he defeated MenaRD in the World Warrior tournament for USA East. It was considered a great upset then and Mena was looking to put things right with this match. With Zhen already meticulously defeated by JB, Mena looked to get back on track and was doing pretty well against Booce, but the debutant adapted, and in a shocking turn of events, took the win over MenaRD again. 

This is something of a first as Mena is not known for losing two matches in a row. 

Caba would eventually defeate NoahTheProdigy in very convincing fashion, before also winning the tiebreaker set to snatch victory from the jaws of defeat for his team and ensure they left with some points. 

In the other matches, Fighting Spirit defeated Red Rooster who only have 30 points right now, while FlyQuest absolutely demolished Shopify Rebellion 40-0 with Punk winning 3-0 over NuckleDu and even overcame the Cammy mirror which Punk has been saying hasn't gone in his favour against NuckleDu.
