KOF XV East Asia Winter Tournament: Results

This event is one of a few SNK World Championship qualifiers remaining this season. The KOF XV East Asia Winter Tournament has the status of a Regional Qualifier, so only local players could participate in it. As it’s an online competition, there were attendees from five countries.

Around a week ago, we witnessed a Global Qualifier at the event FGCL Korea 2023. Madkof won it, but the player already qualified for the Finals back at REV Major 2023. This time, Madkof competed again — you know, for the experience and for even more victories.

Madkof defeated Lacid in the Semi-Final and then got a clear victory in the Winners Final vs sooa.

In the Grand Final Madkof and Lacid faced each other again. And again, Madkof was stronger.

It was technically the third qualification spot for Madkof. And it was the third one for Lacid too (after TGU 2023 and Fighter’s Spirit 2023). sooa also got one after FGCL Korea.

The to Ticket to the SNK World Championship Finals went to Laggia.
