Kevin Conroy passed away at the age of 66, shortly after he was diagnosed with cancer. The actor is best known for his legacy, most notably the voice acting of Bruce Wayne in numerous animated feature films and TV series, including the iconic Batman: The Animated Series and Batman Beyond. Many Batman performers, including Ben Affleck, George Clooney, Robert Pattinson, and Christian Bale, have cited Conroy's work as a primary reference for their roles.

Kevin Conroy has also worked on a version of Batman for the NetherRealm Studios' Injustice and the recently launched MultiVersus fighting game from Player First Games and Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment. The developers also honored his memory on the official Twitter account.
