iDom And Kizzie Kay Release First SF6 Tier List For 2025

Tier lists will never go out of style for fighting games and will never be static as the meta continues to change. For Street Fighter 6, a 'small' patch was released back in December and it did change quite a bit for some characters. Some units like Ed suffered nerfs, while JP got some buffs and became a lot more viable. 

Fighting game pros, Kizzie Kay and iDom came together in a new video to do an overview of their tier list for the game at this time. 

The two players agreed that Rashid is comfortably the best character and continues to do significant damage. The other characters in the top 5 were; Bison, Ken, Guile, and Akuma.

Ryu, which many consider the character that has benefitted the most from SF6's patches, was placed in the high tier along with JP and others. 

Even with all of Ed's nerfs, the players still think he's a high-tier and considering that Momochi was able to win the recent World Warrior #5 for Japan, it is easy to see why. 

Mai Shiranui will soon be joining the cast of the game and it is possible there is a patch that comes with her.
