Hero Esports Introduces Street Fighter 6 Tournament With $30,000 Prize
The winners will get tickets to the Esports World Cup

Street Fighter 6 seems to be leading the charge for the FGC in esports following another announcement of a Street Fighter tournament with a very impressive $30,000 prize pool.

The tournament in question is the Asian Champions League 2025 which is spearheaded by Hero Esports and will take place in Shanghai, China. It is a part of a larger event that culminates to make up the Asian Champions League. So, Street Fighter 6 will be a featured game along with others like DOTA 2, Counter-Strike 2, VALORANT, Teamfight Tactics, and even League Of Legends.

On top of that, the winner and runner-up will automatically qualify for the Esports World Cup this summer.

There will be more details provided soon, but has been indicated that players outside of the Chinese and Asian regions will be welcome to the tournament.

Hero Esports is one of the largest esports event organizers in China and have been in operation since 2016. They have majorly dealt with games like PUBG and only recently got into fighting games. The event will be co-produced with DreamHack and ESL Gaming.

Further details will be provided later.
