Here are the First Impressions on A.K.I.

A.K.I. is finally here and it is safe to say that people love her already. The latest Street Fighter 6 character is a student of F.A.N.G.'s and is arguably even the better poison user. We are yet to fully understand her story within Street Fighter 6, but she will likely play some sort of significant role. 

As a character, she is F.A.N.G.'s replacement, but the Street Fighter V villain is still in this game, he's simply not playable. You can find F.A.N.G. who is now called Fang Fei, in World Tour mode where he is an NPC. 

In terms of gameplay, some of the pro players have already started trying her out. Most notably, Seo, a Singaporean player who used A.K.I. in his ICFC Asia Week 2 run (he took third by the way). From the looks of it, A.K.I. is not top tier, but she is certainly strong. 

As for some of A.K.I.'s advantages, it seems she will be somewhat effective againist Guile as the clip below shows as she is able to counter his sonic booms with poison and a safe jump right after. 

Justin Wong has already indicated interest in the character as has MonoPR who has already stated that she will be his main.
