Harada Reacts To Influencer Whose Siblings All Have Tekken Names
The Tekken Producer was surprised by the dedication

A Korean content creator went viral recently after releasing a video where she talked about her favorute fun fact to share with people— she and her siblings are named after Tekken characters.

The influencer known as Nina, or 'Oh No Nina' on YouTube is also the creator of a webtoon called To Love and Be Loved.

She released a video where she explained that he father is a huge Tekken fan and was an incredible player who went to tournaments and so on. So, when she came along, they named her Nina which is related to Tekken's Nina Williams.

Not to keep it there, her parents also decided to name their next child a Tekken-inspired name and so they went with Jin. This was brilliant as Jin is a name viable both in Japan and Korea. In Korean the name means 'Truth', in Japanese, 'Tenderness' and it even has a use in Chinese where it means 'Gold.'

Nina also mentioned that she has another sibling and with the family now wedded to the Tekken tradition, her youngest sibling is called Hwoarang.

Tekken game director and producer, Katsuhiro Harada, came across the video and reacted asking if this was true and if the situation is a real one.

Nina responded to Harada's tweet saying that the story is indeed true and that she and her siblings were named after Tekken characters thanks to her very enthusiastic father. She also said at the end of the video that she can't wait to get her hands on Tekken 8 since she also loves the game and played it quite a bit as a child.

Who knows? Maybe Harada will gift her a free copy.
