Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising Free Character Rotation [Oct 24-31]

For the second time ever, and only a few weeks out from its first instance, there is an expanded free-to-play list for those playing the Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising Free Edition of the game. This happened because Zippy won First Strike with Lucilius, one of the DLC characters for the game, and thus, not valid for the free rotation.
