Gran

Bio

Gran is the main character in the Granblue Fantasy story. He starts adventuring when he is sent a letter by his father who he wants to find and is told to meet him on the island of the Astrals, Estalucia. 

Gran owes his life to Lyria, a mysterious blue-haired girl who saved the hero from his injuries while he was protecting her on Zinkenstill. Now the two have their souls linked. 

Gran is also the leader of a motley crew of friends who travel on their Airship to Estalucia where Gran hopes to meet his dad.

Personality

Gran is a happy-go-lucky character with a heart of gold. Bold and willing to lend a helping hand to everyone in trouble, Gran is well-liked by his companions. Gran’s belief in himself has been a great motivator for him. His sword techniques are self-taught, therefore, they are a little rough, but he is strong, and will use his  strength for his friends. 

Playstyle

Gran is a classic shoto character who does most things well. He looks to use projectiles  to punish and close the space. Once there, he can really do damage in the corner. He has reliable anti-airs which is very handy, and is a simple character with which to get started in the game.

Appearance

Gran has spiky hair that is chestnut colored which is incidentally the same color as his eyes. He wears a blue hoodie and brown pants. He covers up with armor on his chest and legs while also wearing a gauntlet. He wears a belt which has a scabbard attached to it for his sword.
