Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves Teases DLC Characters From 1994 Anime

Just a week after a teaser that not so subtly implied the return of Rick Strowd for the impending Season 3, SNK is already dropping another short teaser that potentially promises two characters at once. 

If you're not familiar with these characters, they both come from the 1994 anime OVA Fatal Fury: The Motion Picture. The guy wearing armor is Laocorn Gaudeamus, and said armor plays an important role in the story, as it belonged to Mars, a god of war.

It's likely that this teaser is mainly promising him as a playable character, but perhaps the inclusion of his servant, Panni, is not accidental. She herself has some combat abilities and a power that allows her to manipulate water. That said, there's not exactly a shortage of characters to pull from.

Even though at least two characters are as good as locked in for Season 3 now, CotW still awaits the release of Kenshiro, the final DLC of Season 2.
