East Coast Throwdown MK1 Tournament Will Have $10,000 Prize Pool

East Coast Throwdown 2023 is the first offline stop in the MK1 Pro Kompetition. While the whole circuit will have $255,000 up for grabs, it would be logical to assume that some of the tournaments will have a bonus from that sum. Today, East Coast Throwdown announced its Mortal Kombat 1 tournament will have a confirmed $10,000 prize pool.

This sum will be paid out to the top 16 players. And on top of that, the eight best players will also receive a part of the money from registration fees. So, $10,000 is a minimal prize pool. 

Registration for East Coast Throwdown is open until Friday, October 14. The event itself will happen in Stamford, CT, on October 20-22.
