CPT 2023 Japan Online Premier Postponed
Hopefully, all the issues will be resolved soon

Capcom Pro Tour 2023 Japan Online Premier tournament was set to take place this weekend, December 2-3. However, due to some Street Fighter 6 connection issues, Capcom decided to postpone the event until further notice. According to Japanese CAPCOM eSports social media post, at least some of over 700 registered players experienced connection issues in game, so for everyone to have a fair competitive experience, it's been decided to reschedule the event, with new dates to be revealed soon.

Japan is arguably the most stacked competitive region for Street Fighter 6, and since Fuudo and gachikun has already qualified for Capcom Cup X through World Warrior events and CPT Singapore Offline respectively, this Online Premier might be the best opportunity for such players as Tokido, Kakeru, Daigo, and other world class competitors to earn their place at the main event.
