Cleveland Browns Promote Their Schedule With a Street Fighter Parody

Out of all the ways to announce their schedule, Cleveland Browns picked perhaps the most unexpected and high effort one. In what appears to be a bit of cross-promotion (as they do use the Street Fighter IP while also telling people to buy SF6), the American football team produced a whole video that serves as a fake ad for Street Fighter CLE.

On the surface, it's a spoof of Street Fighter 2, but with Cleveland Browns athletes as playable characters, including Myles Garrett, Denzel Ward, Quinshon Judkins, Carson Schwesinger, and Shedeur Sanders.

Oddly enough, featuring MatPat of Game Theory fame as the presenter.

It doesn't go too heavy on the animation, for obvious reasons, but the scale of this is still rather impressive. Each time they switch back to the game, there's a new attack or a sprite representing some of the teams they will be playing against.
