Capcom Unveils Crimson Viper Gameplay Trailer at TGS

Capcom has released the gameplay trailer for the latest addition to the Street Fighter 6 roster, Crimson Viper.

The trailer, which debuted at the Tokyo Game Show, showcases C. Viper squaring off against multiple opponents and highlighting a variety of her signature moves.

From what was shown, Viper retains much of her classic Street Fighter IV toolkit, including her Flame Kick and Thunder Knuckle. She also appears to have access to super jump cancels and knuckle cancels, giving her plenty of mobility and combo potential.

One new mechanic caught fans’ attention: an armored move that lets her absorb a hit before striking back. The trailer also hints that she can low profile under certain projectiles, adding another layer to her offense.

Crimson Viper will join the game’s roster as early as next month, on October 15th.
