Biography
Kabal is a man of two destinies. Originally a Black Dragon member, he was very much a force of, at the very least, not good in the realms. Even going as far as to work with Shao Khan. But he would eventually leave that life behind and attempt to atone for his wrongdoings by becoming a police officer.
In a different time, he was always on the side of goodness. Though not necessarily due to a burning passion for justice. Thus still able to be corrupted by Kano and manipulated into doing evil. Nevertheless, he did at one point help Liu Kang and Kitana maintain peace over the Netherrealm.
