Anna Williams

Story

Being the daughter of an assassin is tough, especially with a legacy like Anna Williams'. Her father, Richard, favored her sister, Nina, leaving Anna feeling overlooked and spurring her fighting spirit. Determined to outshine Nina, Anna trained in Aikido and entered the King of Iron Fist Tournament to teach her sister a lesson, escalating their rivalry. The sisters battled fiercely, planting a bomb in a car and using a machine gun in a bedroom. Their lives clashed as Nina was hired to kill Kazuya Mishima, while Anna aimed to protect him.

Things changed when Nina underwent an experiment by Doctor Bosconovitch, entering cryosleep. Anna followed to avoid aging and stay with her. Awaking after 19 years, they briefly became friends as Nina forgot their past.

However, peace was short-lived. Nina disappeared and contacted Anna two years later, leading to another violent confrontation. They decided to resolve their rivalry at the fifth King of the Iron Fist tournament, seemingly enjoying it more than the outcome, even landing roles as actresses in a movie.

Nina's small victory set Anna on a path for revenge, but when they united against a common enemy, their fight lost intensity. Bored, Anna returned to her old ways, joining G Corporation despite its ties to Mishima Zaibatsu. Their hatred reignited when Nina killed Anna's fiancé on her latest mission.

Personality

Unlike her sister, Anna is playful and doesn't take fighting seriously, often teasing her opponents in banter. While maintaining her cool and professionalism on the job, she gets hot-blooded when Nina is involved, revealing her true feelings.

Appearance

Throughout the series, Anna wore numerous costumes. Her most recognizable outfit is the thigh-slit red Chinese dress with brown pantyhose and red heels. In Tekken 8, she received a significant redesign; her new dress features a gothic style with a black and red color scheme, floral patterns, and crow feathers.

Playstyle

Anna is a glass cannon—unpredictable mix-ups, strong lows, and big payoffs. But she requires sharp execution to avoid punishment.
