Patricia Watson, as she was originally named, grew up in an orphanage alongside her lifelong friend Marie. They were eventually captured by slave traders, Patricia would be mutilated, eyes gauged out and mained, for fighting back against her captors.
She, along with Marie, would eventually escape them. Patricia would take on the name Peacock on her own and eventually joined the Anti-Skullgirl Labs. There she endured various modifications to her body, adding the Argus System and Avery Unit to her body.
Often cheerful, Peacock seeks out adventure out of a need to entertain herself. She can often be combative and aggressive toward others, especially if they get in her way to complete an objective.
Even with her harsh temper, she still has a sense of camaraderie with her fellow Anti-Skullgirl Labs members, often seeing them as family and protecting them from harm whenever possible. Her reliance on violence is more so a reflection of her traumatic upbringing and line of work than a natural tendency of hers.
Projectile zoning is the name of the game for Peacock, as she can seamlessly flow from many of her moves to put opponents at a major disadvantage. Her evasive power, thanks to her double jump and cancellable airdash also helps to keep her away from danger.
Unfortunately, once danger finds her, she has to take it on the chin. Few reversals and lacking powerful normals make Peacock a character one has to plan for and against well before entering the stage.
The most prominent feature of Peacock is her striking eyes, or lack thereof, as slave traders had taken her sight. She then must rely on her Argus system for most of her senses.
She wears an old-timey bell-like dress that very much takes inspiration from the late 20s and 30s design. Armed with a cartoonishly large revolver on her right and her argus system sights on her left.
