Jeff "Zerp" Liu is a North America based Taiwanese fighting games player. He is known for participating in the Taipei Major 2019 Tournament Tekken 7 challenger event where he ranked 49th place out of 82 entrants. With a pool set win rate of 33.33%, he dominated the Pool 3 first-round defeating follow participant roger9572 in the losers round 1. He lost his subsequent matches against fellow participants Book and AmyEmon in the losers and winners round 2 ending his run in the event.

He also participated in the Street Fighter V: Arcade Edition event where he ranked 129th place out of 388 entrants. 

He also competes in Samurai Shodown, Guilty Gear Xrd Rev2 and Dragon Ball FighterZ.
