Waxl

Mike Ross, currently displaying as Waxl, is an extremely experienced fighting games player from the United States, whos career started long ago in 2009 at the Final Round XII Street Fighter IV tournament, where he became 5th. He also notably took 4th place at EVO 2010 and 13th in 2012.

In 2017 Mike Ross suddenly closed his Twitch talkshow Capcom Pro Talk and stepped away from competing and fighting games community. As he later explained in the interview, Capcom itself told him that there is no point in his show as it makes no profit, despite the fact that Mike Ross made everything by himself and it cost Capcom nothing.

Nevertheless, it seems like Mike Ross returned into competitive gaming with appearances on Frosty Faustings XI 2019, AnimEVO 2019, and Dream Hack Anaheim 2020, as a Tekken 7, Street Fighter V and Guilty Gear Xrd Rev 2 player.
