Hugo "HugS" Gonzalez is an American professional Super Smash Bros player from California, USA. he is well known for participating in the DreamHack Dallas 2019 Tournament where he ranked 1st place out of 148 entrants in the Super Smash Bros Melee event. He is known as one of the most iconic and best Samus players in the world and he takes the competitive Melee scene seriously. He is currently a member of Team Dignitas and has earned total prize money of $21,766.29 from 111 tournaments.

HugS has been on the competitive Melee scene since 2004, he quit his job in a major accounting firm to pursue his love for competitive gaming.
