SNK vs. Capcom potential revival

During Evo 2022 in August, everyone was able to grab themselves a themed collaborative SNK vs. Capcom poster. According to Yauyuki Oda, one of the KOFXV producers, the reaction to those posters was huge, and there's a chance that one day SNK and Capcom should probably collaborate once again because "everybody on all sides, in both parties, are interested in making a reality". Well, all we the players are have to do is wait. 

Brawlhalla fresh patch

Last week Brawlhalla received another update, featuring balance changes, an option to blur the arena's background, a color exclusion feature, and of course, a bunch of new cosmetic items. If you'd like to learn more, head to the official post. 

Ulsan joins KDF

A Korean Tekken player Ulsan is no longer a free agent since last week he joined Meo-IL and CherryBerryMango in Kwangdong Freecs, or simply KDF. Well, that's a tournament-winning roster if you ask me. 

JoJo fighting game is re-released

Last week JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: All-Star Battle R became available for all platforms. It is a re-release of a fighter, developed by CyberConnect2 and published by Bandai Namco, which originally came out in 2013 in Japan and in 2014 internationally. 

Kawano to donate Hitboxes

A Japanese prodigy and Evo 2022 champion Kawano announced last week that he will donate seven custom Hitbox controllers to arcades around Japan. With this gesture, he hopes to lift the excitement for video games in arcades and maybe convince some players to switch to the Hitbox. Well, it's perfect timing for such actions since the community has a lot of arguments about using Hitbox controllers and the advantage it gives.

Brawlhalla Japan Invitational

Last weekend Brawlhalla Japan Invitational took place, and it was the first official Brawlhalla tournament to be held in Japan. It ended up with komtin winning the tournament, showing that Japan also got some really skilled Brawlhalla players.

CPT 2022 - Brazil

RonaldinhoBR secured another spot at the upcoming Capcom Cup by winning Capcom Pro Tour 2022 - Brazil tournament. That leaves the rest of renowned Brazilian players, such as Jah_lexe, JUNINHO_RAS, Dark, and others, to try their best at World Warrior Program tournaments. 

East Coast Throwdown 2022

A well-known North American fighting game convention made its return to LAN during the weekend and featured a whole lot of intense sets and everything we love fighting games for. So be sure to check the results on the event's start.gg page or here on DashFight down below.
