Conclusion

Victor's best tools are his counterhit tools and launchers. If you get your timings down, his combo damage is also good. But some of his tools are quite risky, and he's not best suited at the poking game. He also suffers from poor tracking, you can sidestep right most of his good buttons. Overall though, he's a high risk high reward characters that requires high execution.
