When the costumes for Street Fighter 6 were revealed in a trailer, many of the characters looked amazing including Marisa, Manon, and Ryu. But there was one character whose look immediately captured the imagination— Juri.
The Korean character has been a hit ever since her introduction in Street Fighter IV as the first ever female villain of the franchise, and her sadistic mannerisms, sensual motif, and overall fighting style, has endeared her to many fans.
Her costume 3 for Street Fighter 6 is incredibly simple; a pajama onesie which is slightly zipped down and features a spider sign on the back to match her usual style. Her hair horns are still intact but a little messy to show that she slept in them.
As for the inspiration for the look, the game's director, Takayuki Nakayama, explained that the idea behind her outfit is that it is something she wears at home when she isn't out on missions, or ruining someone's life. He explained that she usually would mess with her phone and fool around.
The Street Fighter 6 director also expressed that Juri might be something of a slob as he said that her room isn't very tidy.
