Street Fighter 6 Reveal Date For Huge Season 3 Balance Patch

The official Street Fighter 6 account has announced the dates for the server maintenance that usually precedes the implementation of a new patch. 

The dates will be on the 3rd of June 7 pm for PT and June 4th, 3am for BST. According to them, the maintenance will last for a total of 7 hours, which is longer than usual and they also stated that the large balance patch for season 3 will also be released. 

The new patch will feature Elena, and will also come with balance adjustments for every character in the game. 

For several fans this is great news as it means that Elena will be coming a day early due to the time zone difference between Japan and other parts of the world. 

There has been some trepidation regarding the timing of season 3 as it comes after the competitive season of Street Fighter 6 has started, and some pros worry that having such a huge change in the middle of a competitive run could be a bit of a hassle. 

This patch also drops about a little over a week before CEO 2025, which is a Capcom Pro Tour stop and an Esports World Cup qualifier.
