Street Fighter 6 Is Getting the Best Replay Feature

While everyone is looking forward to trying out Terry Bogard on September 24, Capcom is piling on more reason to look forward to this update.

They have just casually announced on X that Street Fighter 6 replays will be getting a new feature – Replay Takeover!

There are a few games that already have this, like Guilty Gear XX Accent Core +R and Tekken 8, and its addition is always celebrated for a very good reason.

Replay takeover removes a lot of busywork from your labbing. Forget about having to figure out exactly what your opponent did. Forget about having to then recreate it exactly as they did. Now you can just press a button and repeatedly test what you could've done in this situation.

It's honestly a must-have for any game, and if you haven't been watching your replays before, I strongly recommend doing that after the update comes live. I guarantee that you will end up picking up a lot more options and counterplay strats!
