Smash Player Unveils New Smash Tournament Management System
He claims it will be a game changer

A Smash player, Remzi Zayid, has unveiled what he claims will be the next evolution of tournament management, with his new tournament management platform called Tourney Companion. 

The Software engineer took to X to tell followers about his passion project which is supposed to be a platform that with streamline the Smash tournament experience. 

The app which will be optimized for mobile devices is supposed to be useful for both players and tournament organizers and the idea is for them to be able to go through their tournament experience seamlessly. 

Some of the features advertised include live match notification for players, details on next opponent including their tournament record and character usage, match recaps of current and past tournaments, and even results sent from start.gg directly to the players mobile device. 

Remzi even went as far as doing a live demo on how the app is to work on his YouTube channel and he goes into detail on all the elements that make up the app. 

Tourney Companion will have a closed beta test in the summer of 2024.
