Shadow Joins Kanme Esports

American Tekken 8 professional player Shadow has been announced as the newest signing for esports organization Kanme Esports.

Kanme Studios is an independent creative hub that produces and publishes content such as web comics, with notable titles including Luna Tide and Boom Shaka.

Shadow is one of the top talents in the North American Tekken 8 scene and has already secured a major result this year, winning Frosty Faustings. He previously spent three years with Team Liquid after joining the organization in 2023 before parting ways in January.

With Kanme Esports, Shadow will continue competing on the tournament circuit as he sets his sights on qualifying for the Tekken World Tour Finals later this year.

Shadow reacted positively to the announcement, posting on social media:

"Excited to say I'm joining @Kanme_Studios. Looking forward to getting back into the action and I hope I can make you guys proud. I will do my best!"

With a new organization behind him, Shadow can now shift his focus toward Evo, the next major event on the calendar, which begins at the end of June 2026.
