Slashback is headed for its 3rd edition this coming 2025. Initial details for the San Diego major have been announced, including the dates of April 12th and 13th.

Although the lineup has yet to be confirmed, Slashback is at its core a 2D fighter event, with this year's event featuring Under Night In-Birth II [Sys:Celes], Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising, Guilty Gear -STRIVE-, Melty Blood: Type Lumina, among others. Altogether, it drew in over 500 attendees.
