"Road to Evo" 2024 Circuit Awarding a Paid Travel Package to Evo 2024

Evo announced today a new circuit of tournaments ahead of the 2024 editions called the "Road to Evo," which encompasses a series of tournaments with the ultimate prize of paid-for travel and accommodations to go and compete in this year's event later in July.

The circuit of tournaments is for five selected titles: Tekken 8, Guilty Gear Strive, The King of Fighters XV, Street Fighter 6, and Mortal Kombat 1. Worth noting that each has its own list of available regions for participants. As with all the information, Evo's blog post has all the details.

PlayStation and ESL will provide open tournament opportunities for players starting on May 1st and running through to June 9th. The winners of these open tournaments will then meet in a regional final which once again awards its winner with a ticket to the prestigious Evo 2024 venue. It is not just the travel package; cash prizes for top players are also in play.
