Pocket Bravery Gets a Launch Date

This game sure is modern; it just copies the retro aesthetic. And we are pretty sure it may find fans in the fighting games community.

Pocket Bravery is developed by Statera Studio and published by PQube. At Evo 2023, it was announced that the game will be released on August 31 — but only for PC. The console versions (Xbox One/Series, PS4/5, Nintendo Switch) are coming later.

The pixel art style is pretty awesome, and the game has many aspects we love to have in a fighting title, such as Training Mode, Combo Factory, and Story Mode.

The first closed beta test starts the next week after Evo.
