Mortal Kombat 1's Future Revealed on July 26th at SDCC 2024

NetherRealm Studios announced today that they will be present at the San Diego ComicCon on July 26th to show what year 2 of Mortal Kombat 1 will bring. Year 1 saw the completion of the Kombat Pack, along with the first few invasion season and related changes.

Year 2 then could mean another chapter on the main game's story, as the core story expansion for Mortal Kombat 11 was hugely popular. It could also mean another Kombat pack, adding more main and Kameo fighters to the roster. It might also provide some insights into the future of NRS Esports. Perhaps all three, but we must wait until July 26th to find out.
