Monster Mash & Haunting Chills: Power of Brawlhalla Team Fights

Do you enjoy team fights in Brawlhalla? This type of esports competition has been part of the official tournaments for ages. To succeed in such matches, you need to switch from single-player tricks to various team tactics. Sometimes, you need to hit your partner to help them reach the platform. Sometimes, both teammates have to focus on one opponent and perform special combos.

2v2 matches are super interesting — of course, if you can adapt to such pretty chaotic action. We have a good chance to witness not one but two team-based events. Both happened on October 29-30. They are community-driven, and for the participants, it’s good preparation for the soon-coming Brawlhalla World Championship, which starts on November 4.

It seems like the hardest match for cxti / Walshy was the Winners Semi-Final against Fakey / Shadow0q. It finished only in the last, decisive game.

The same opponents met once again in the Grand Final. This time, cxti and Walshy were much more confident and successful. They won 3:1. Congratulations!

Moose Wars, Monster Mash 2v2 | Stream, Top 8

The Champions of Haunting Chills had a good chance to win a much bigger tournament, Moose Wars, Monster Mash, with the prize pool of $5,000.

cxti / Walshy confidently defeated Experience / Maid in the Winners Semi-Final (3:0) and dawg / Pier in the Winners Final (3:1). But then, in the Grand Final, they faced luna / Pugsy.

In the Winners Semi-Final, luna and Pugsy lost a very tough match against dawg / Pier. But after making it through the Losers brackets (and actually defeating the same opponents), luna / Pugsy proceeded to the Grand Final.

Two final matches of the tournament were filled with the destructive power of luna / Pugsy. They won 6 games in a row and literally destroyed cxti / Walshy.
