KAGARIBI #11: Results
KAGARIBI
Almost 1500 players competed in Tokyo

More than 1400 players competed in the Kagaribi #11 — an offline Super Smash Bros. Ultimate tournament in Tokyo. Such a number of players had to be initially divided into 64 separate pools where they competed in Best of 3 until only 196 of them left. After that, the matches went to a Best of 5 format, but it was still a very tough competition. The more surprising it was to see a series of nine clean sweeps from Miya. The best Mr. Game & Watch player in the world lost games only to acola: the Zeta Division player won two games in the upper bracket and one game in the grand final which wasn't enough for the championship.

The top-8 of the Kagaribi #11 is:

  • 1st place — Miya
  • 2nd place — acola
  • 3rd place — Yoshidora
  • 4th place — Tea
  • 5th place — zackray and Kaninabe
  • 7th place — Asimo and Hurt
