John Cena Talks Peacemaker, Favorite Character in MK1

With Peacemaker coming to Mortal Kombat 1 today, NRS released a trailer for the character with John Cena, who plays Peacemaker in the series and in the game, talking about the character. 

John Cena talked up Peacemaker's qualities as a goofy, loud-mouth who has as many wisecracks and one-liners as Johnny Cage. He added that Peacemaker is a character made for Mortal Kombat 1 and fits into the world so well.

The former wrestling star also stated that he considers Peacemaker his favorite character in the game. 

Peacemaker will bee joined by his loyal sidekick, Eagly, a bald eagle who considers Peacemaker his only human friend. 

With the release of Peacemaker, fans can now look towards the coming of Ermac, a well regarded older character, and Homelander, from the Amazon series, The Boys, who will be joining the Mortal Kombat cast for the very first time.
