JoKa Makes History At BAAZ Gauntlet Tekken 8 Tournament
He secured a historic victory

The BAAZ Gauntlet Tekken 8 invitational is now done with JoKa, the winner after winning in the Grand Final against Ahsan Ali. JoKa famously posted a 3-0 win over Evo Champion, Arslan Ash in the semi finals to set up his final match.

The feat is historic as JoKa becomes the first foreign player to win a Tekken tournament in Pakistan which is considered the strongest region for the game.

JoKa is part Pakistan though, so there might be some disagreement over his record.

The tournament had 16 players with some notable foreign players including Yuyu from Japan, Knee and LowHigh from Korea, and K-WISS from the UK all in attendance.

The production quality of the event has drawn high praise with many hoping to see more events in Pakistan and more BAAZ editions for future times.

The biggest compliment the tournament could have received was having Harada himself tweet about it as the Tekken legend seemed quite pleased with the standard of the tournament.
