Ten/o, one of the major international fighting games organizers, and based in the San Fransisco area, announced the creation of Mortal Mondays, a seasonal competition for the soon-to-be-released Mortal Kombat 1.

MK 1 will now kick off the week for the team, which already featured a packed mid-week tournament schedule with Tuesdays and Wednesdays featuring Tekken 7 and Street Fighter 6 entries for Europe, North America, and Asia. Like those two, the Mortal Kombat 1 bracket will likely be free to enter and broadcast live on Ten/o's Twitch channel.
