Guilty Gear -Strive- at Evo 2022: Your Top 8

It's been a roller coaster, with over 2100 entrants, a single game, and exciting chaos condensed into order. Guilty Gear -Strive- took the fighting game community by storm, and this is reinforced by being the most oversized bracket in Evo 2022. The dust has settled after a no holds barred Top 24, and here are the players that made it to the Top 8

Top 8 Players

The winners of the Top 24 winners' quarter-finals exerted dominance over their opponents to secure their slot in the Top 8 winners' semi-finals. At the same time, the remaining 20 players slugged it out in the losers bracket to earn a place in the Top 8 losers bracket.

A night to remember, these GGST juggernauts had to be the better of their opponents to take their chances of coming out as the best GGST player of the event. As with the rules of engagement, only 4 out of 20 made it out in a battle of wits, emotion, and dashed expectations.
