FATAL FURY: City of the Wolves SWC 2026 Online Qualifiers Open

SNK has opened registration for the FATAL FURY: City of the Wolves online qualifiers for the SNK World Championship 2026, giving players across nine eligible regions a chance to punch their ticket to the SWC 2026 Finals. The qualifiers will be played online in a double-elimination format, with matches running Bo3 until Top 8, where the bracket switches to Bo5. Each regional tournament offers a path to the 32-player finals in Stockholm, Sweden, scheduled for November 27–29 as part of DreamHack Stockholm 2026. Players must reside in the region they enter, while anyone who has already qualified for the finals is excluded from further participation.

The stakes are substantial even by FGC standards: FATAL FURY: City of the Wolves has a $1.5 million first-place prize attached to the SWC 2026 Finals, where the eventual champion will take the biggest slice of SNK's competitive pie. The broader SWC 2026 program will also feature THE KING OF FIGHTERS XV, SAMURAI SHODOWN, THE KING OF FIGHTERS '98, and THE PATH OF THE WARRIOR: ART OF FIGHTING 3, with open tournaments and a Last Chance Qualifier also planned. For City of the Wolves players, though, the immediate objective is simpler: win your region, book Stockholm, and deal with everyone else there.
