EvoFGC Releases Exclusive Behind the Scenes Project L Dev Interview

Project L has been one of the most anticipated releases for fighting games fans as its developers, Riot Games, have proven to be able to enter a new genre with great success with VALORANT already. In what is surely going to be a busy year for the project, EvoFGC, a new channel created by the team from the legendary Evo series, had an opportunity to speak with the developers behind Project L and their ambitious game.

The video covers how the team came together in the first place and the challenges that come from developing not just a fighting game but one that changes the formula slightly with its tag team system. Project L was shown off during Evo 2023 and will surely do so again at this year's gathering. But questions remain about when the game will be released; even its final name and roster are still unknowns.
