David Beckham's Esports Team, Guild, Announces Street Fighter 6 Roster
The team who started operations in 2019 have now come full-force into Street Fighter 6

Guild Esports, the esports team co-owned by former English international, David Beckham, has announced its first set of Street Fighter 6 players.

Guild Esports began operations in 2020 and say they are committed to excellence and getting the very best talent across various games. With the wild popularity of Street Fighter 6 and Mortal Kombat 1 and Tekken 8 on the horizon, this is perhaps the best time to get into fighting games. Guild have taken the step and have announced their first foray into fighting games with Street Fighter 6.

They also announced their first three players for Street Fighter 6. The players selected are some of the best in Europe including Takamura from Belgium, JokerJokez from the United Kingdom and Vegapatch from Spain. They have one more spot open which they say they will announce on the 31st of August, 2023.

They means by which they will pick the final player is unknown and it might be by a tournament or something else.

It will be interesting to see if Guild Esports will be included in this year's Street Fighter League Europe and what format that will take.
