Capcom Increases the Starting Salary by 25%

Videogameschronicle reports that Capcom has made an announcement about increasing the starting salaries for the new hires in Japan – it will go from approximately $1500 to closer to $2000.

Existing employees will also get substantial one-time bonuses that will go along with a 5% increase that will happen in 2024.
