Capcom Address Game-Breaking Bug In Street Fighter 6
They plan to deploy a fix very quickly

Following the discovery of a game-breaking bug where players are unable to buffer input on wake-up when they are knocked down after a Perfect Parry, Street Fighter have released a statement stating that they are aware of the issue and are dealing with it.

The issue started gaining prominence a little over 24 hours ago with Japanese player ACQUA raising the issue after seeing someone else suffer with it. The developers have stated that over the next couple of days, the bug will be fixed and things can go back to normal.

The decision has some consequences as it has led to the postponement of the Japan World Warrior #5 which was supposed to take place over the weekend. It has been pushed till early 2025. It remains to be seen if the bug affects other important tournaments like Kings Of The World which is to take place between the 13th and 15th of December 2024.
