Bandai Namco Issues a Warning to All the Cheaters

Tekken 8 has been here for a week, and the top spots leaderboards for some of the characters are occupied by players who are suspected to be cheaters. Bandai Namco Entertainment issued a statement on Tekken’s official X account about the illicit activities within the game:

Hopefully, the actions against those confirmed to be engaging in illicit activities will be swift to follow. Bandai Namco looks to be on top of most issues that arise with Tekken 8 – fixing the connectivity issues on the launch day within hours and then releasing the first balance patch before two weeks after the game’s release have passed.
