Banana Guard

Story

The Banana Guards are the diligent, albeit bumbling, protectors of the Candy Kingdom in the whimsical world of Adventure Time. Created by the brilliant and kind-hearted Princess Bubblegum, the Banana Guards are tasked with maintaining order and safety within the kingdom. Their origins lie in Princess Bubblegum’s desire to have a loyal and dependable force to protect her and her citizens from various threats.

Despite their best intentions, the Banana Guards are often comically inept. Their primary duty is to enforce Princess Bubblegum's laws and keep an eye out for any suspicious activity. While they are well-meaning, their lack of intelligence and clumsiness often result in chaos rather than order. It remains to be seen why or how they ended up falling through the thread of the multiverse.

Personality

The Banana Guards are loyal to a fault. They are simple-minded, often naïve, and tend to take instructions literally. Despite their frequent blunders, they are always eager to please and do their best to fulfill their duties.

Playstyle

As a quintessential joke character, Banana Guards embody the chaotic theme of the archetype. However, they are not just silly for silly sake, sporting a number of dealy specials with knockback and even the ability to break armor with their charged down attack. 

Appearance

The Banana Guards are tall, banana-shaped beings with yellow peels and simple facial features. They wear white gloves and carry spears.
