Powered Ciel is the form Ciel takes when she uses her full power, armed for battle against the class of Dead Apostles known as the Twenty-Seven Ancestors, and uses the deconstructed "Seventh Holy Scripture" as a conceptual weapon.
The "Seventh Holy Scripture," a holy relic of the millennium class, is constantly used by her. Even though it requires an incredible amount of magical energy, this combat method is useful for Ciel, who possesses the magical power of a hundred magi.
As an Executor, Ciel becomes a heartless machine to achieve her goals if necessary, being colder and more ruthless than usual. Added to the phenomenal firepower of the Seventh Holy Scripture and Idea Blood, Ciel is pitiless and destroys her foes to the very core.
Powered Ciel fights with a unique style that combines martial arts and her signature weapon, a pair of long blades called the "Seventh Holy Scripture, which features a flexible arsenal that excels in close- and medium-range encounters.
Her primary attacks frequently involve weapons in the "Blaze," "Blade," and "Break" styles; her hefty armament is boosted by both physical and magical means. Special moves like her Blade rekkas and moving techniques such as her Blaze rekkas allow her to force her way on opponents before totally intimidating them in the close and mid ranges by mixing things up with her faster normals and command normals, with her counter-zoning Lightning Blast letting her shut down careless approaches.
Powered Ciel's most significant vulnerability is that her stronger moves often have a long recovery, making them easy to punish on whiff or block. Because of her inability to chain air normals, she must either avoid air battles or play high-risk 'air footsies' with her heavier moves, which are extremely risky. She can deliver if you maintain the fundamentals and keep your feet on the ground.
Ciel abandons her signature assassin outfit in favor of a full combat sleeveless costume befitting the fight style switch to martial arts.
