King of Dinosaurs

Story

Prior to the fourteenth King of Fighters tournament, King of Dinosaurs’ story is suspiciously simile to another masked Luchador fighter that has not been in years, Tizco, with whom King of Dinosaurs shares a birthday on April 25th. But surely that is merely a conscience.

King of Dinosaurs came into the King of Fighters’ fourteen tournaments under Ramón and Ángel team. The three first met while Ramón was convincing Ángel to participate in the tournament. King of Dinosaurs insisted on being their third member and even fought Ramón for the position.

After the event, the team broke up, although Ramón and King of Dinosaurs remained good friends. It would take former tournament host Antonov to unite them once again for the next King of Fighters tournament under the name Team Galaxy Antonov Wrestling, G.A.W for short.

Personality

A highly competitive fighter. Like many luchadors and Wrestlers, King of Dinosaurs has chosen a “side”, to be a heel specifically. An antagonist to a caricaturist degree, often monologing for a long time to his opponents and confidently dishing out slights at them while preparing his moves.

Playstyle

King of Dinosaurs' larger size is a limiting factor for his speed. This also bleeds over to his ability to deal with zoning. Besides, his combos are not that great, relying far more on solid neutral gameplay. Thankfully for him, he is a great corner character and often pins opponents in place once he is up and close.

Appearance

King of Dinosaurs’ most distinctive feature is his mask, an elaborate full-cover helmet-like piece of apparel that shows the head of what could be considered a tyrannosaurus rex. More broadly, a dinosaur. Besides that, King of Dinosaurs has a full set of claw gloves and feet, with the rest of his outfit in an eye-catching blood-red color and, of course, a long reptile tail.
