Biography

Gato is a serious and powerful martial artist. When his father mysteriously killed his mother, he decided to abandon everything from his former life in order to get revenge. He cruelly looks down on others and rarely shows respect for them.  

Fighting style

Gato uses an external Chinese martial art which heavily involves explosive short-range power. He also mixes in Bajiquan, Xinyi Liuhe Quan and others. Gato is an extremely fast rushdown type whose gameplay revolves around his "demon flips"- Wind Fang and Backdraft Fang. Due to his extremely powerful demon flip specials and great air normals, Gato has unprecedented aggressive capability. His multitude of options for opening up an enemy includes empty lows, command grabs, airdashes, divekicks and more.  A majority of his attacks focus on dealing heavy damage in short bursts towards his opposition as ruthlessly as possible.
