Arbiter

Story

An alien warrior from the long-gone Covenant Empire, although he is one that fought against its corruption and conquering ways. A homage to the Halo franchise and a character within it, the Thel ‘Vadam. Although canonically not the same individual, they share many characteristics.

Personality

For many, he is just a grunting warrior, but perhaps he is smarter than he might look. Arbiters are, after all, some of the highest-ranking officers in the Covenant Empire’s army of diverse alien species. They are ruthless, yes, but also tactically minded and predators by nature.

Playstyle

A resource dependant fighter. His energy sword provides him with great pokes and mid-range attacks. If Grabbing opponents and trapping them while also having one of the largest health pools in the game sounds enticing to you, Arbiter is a great pick.

Appearance

A tall and imposing warrior figure with reptilian features beneath his complex and artful armor. His four mandibles and scally skin lend him an otherworldly image, along with their hands with two fingers and two thumbs each.
