Bio

This tiny girl is actually a noble warrior, a captain of the Lumiel Order of Holy Knights. Charlotta just belongs to a different race, Harvin. Having a height of around 90 cm is normal for her people.

Charlotta sincerely dedicates herself to training and self-improvement. She wants to be the best to protect her friends. And thanks to her good nature, many people become close to Charlotta.

In their story adventure, Gran, Lyria, and Katalina meet Charlotta at some point. They combine efforts in the battle against evil forces. The huge sword of Charlotta may be really helpful in this journey.

Personality

It feels like Charlotta has different approaches: to herself, to her friends, and to her opponents. She is very strict when it comes to personal training and her deep strive for perfection. As a Harvin girl, Charlotta is somewhat uncomfortable around tall people, and standing on crates is a way to compensate for that. But instead of depression, this gives the girl extra motivation to train hard and flawlessly follow her warrior discipline. 

With friends, Charlotta is kind and loving. She easily forgives mistakes and helps everyone solve problems. Loyalty is a great feature of Charlotta’s personality.

With opponents, Captain Charlotta is brave and even merciless. She is super skillful in fights and takes everything she has to battleground — to bring justice and peace to the world.

Another interesting side of her personality is somewhat childish. For instance, she loves a kid's meal in a popular restaurant chain of her world. It nicely balances Charlotta’s dedication to training and fights.

Playstyle

As a fighting character in Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising, Charlotta is of a rushdown archetype. She benefits from a quick offense playstyle. It is better to bring her close to an opponent, as this is the best range for Charlotta. Her jumps are quick (fast fall speed), which gives some advantage in the air game and for crossovers. Charlotta can deal big damage — a lot thanks to landing two Specials in a combo.

On the other hand, Charlotta’s normals are not the best, and she struggles against zoners. Her own anti-air tools are lacking.

The controls for this character are quite unusual. Charlotta’s Specials are charge-based in the technical input.

Appearance

Charlotta may look like a kid, being short and wearing a cute dress. But that huge sword and dedication in the eyes do not support this impression. She wears armored boots, and this also emphasizes her status as a knight. Carrying crates to stand on and having a very tall crown helps Charlotta make it through the stress of being among tall people.
